2. Accounts

Companies register through an authorised signatory and complete KYC before listing plants or leasing capacity. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Marketplace

AssetShare provides a platform on which Generators list capacity and Offtakers lease it. Each lease is a contract between the Generator and the Offtaker, administered by the platform.

4. Fees and payments

Platform fees, blocking fees, upfront premiums and late fees are published and shown on every invoice. Payments are made by bank transfer to the platform account.

5. Contracts

Contracts are signed with an Aadhaar OTP. Amendments are versioned and every version is retained.

6. Disputes

Raise a dispute from your dashboard. Our team reviews it and records the outcome.

7. Liability

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified in the app.
